~Days of Yore, December 1st, 2016 - January 1st, 2017~


Happy New Year, one and all!

To everyone who participated in this event or helped support it, be it by posting fanworks, coming to the chat weekends, encouraging others to complete their works, reading/viewing and commenting, or general cheerleading, I truly cannot thank you enough. I was touched by how far out of your way you guys were willing to go to make this happen.

It was a very busy time for everyone at the end of a very trying year, and I am so grateful to all of you for making the time. Thank you!

1. Now that the flurry of posting is done, now comes the fun part: Reading/viewing everyone's works and leaving comments!
Please, please do show these fantastic people some love on their works!

2. If you have a work or works in progress that aren't finished, please message me or leave a comment.
I will wait until you have had a chance to post it before counting your points. Last year was not easy on anyone. Please don't sweat being over the deadline. You're not the only one! ^_^; *cough me cough*

3. If you posted a fanwork, the mod will be contacting you soon.
I will message you to confirm your number of points, send any late banners (sorry!), and get info about your mailing address and what kind of goodies you would like in your package.

4. You are very, very encouraged to crosspost to other platforms and to FMA LJ communities, in particular.
The FMA fandom here would love to see some activity in the comms. On other platforms you can also pimp the Days of Yore tag in the community itself if you would like (i.e., I participated/I read some great FMA fics here in this collection! *link*, etc.).

5. I am so, so sorry for being late! m(_ _)m
I am sorry for being late on banners, tags, comments, and my own entries, and a few times having stepped out of the chat for the moment when someone came in. I really do want to apologize for inconveniencing you after you were kind enough to make the effort to participate.
However, I have to say, when thinking of the silver lining, it is pretty awesome that we had so much going on I needed six more hands!
